TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take a moment to read our terms.

1. You agree to follow all the rules of the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. You acknowledge that you are responsible for, and will be held liable for your own ad mailings. See the rules of the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. AWeber does not allow bulk lead importing through their autoresponders. Contact us at support@mysplashpro.com if you have questions about this.

2. We do NOT condone spam! You agree to NOT use this campaign to send SPAM. If a complaint is received, your account will be terminated immediately, without refund. You also agree to pay for any fines, legal fees and labor associated with your complaint.

3. You agree to use your autoresponder account in a responsible manner and to not send any questionable content. All complaints will be investigated and the appropriate action taken.

4. You agree to manage your subscriber lists and delete all leads that have requested removal.

5. All accounts will be suspended if your subscription payment fails or is cancelled.

6. You are responsible for canceling your subscription payment at Paypal to close your account or cancel subscriptions.

7. We do not issue partial refunds when accounts are closed or subscriptions are cancelled, regardless of when they were originally set up.

8. You agree to be responsible for your own advertising.

9. You may not copy any prospecting letters and/or training letters to pass them on to someone else or copy them to another autoresponder without expressed permission from MySplashPRO. All written materials belong to MySplashPRO and may not be shared outside of your personal campaign.

10. Paypal chargebacks are not acceptable! If you have an issue or wish to cancel, please contact us at support@mysplashpro.com.
